New York strip steaks (about ¾ – inch thick), trimmed
Vegetable oil
A1 Dry Rub Bold Original


Spread a light, even coating of vegetable oil on both sides of the steak. Rub A1 Dry Rub Bold Original on both sides.

Grill over medium heat for 6-8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness.
